My story:
Hi there! I’m Anna & I’m a licensed counsellor specialising in anxiety.
I suffered from anxiety & depression from the age of 10 years old after being in a rollercoaster accident. It felt like overnight I went from being outgoing, social and carefree, to disconnected, numbed out and in fear everyday.
That trend continued throughout my teens and into my early 20’s where I increasingly became at war with myself, struggling to see the value in my life.
On NYE 2015, I made a decision, a decision to live, but also a decision to regain control and reclaim my body for myself.
I spent years studying & understanding the experiences that I had personally gone through, understanding the wisdom of the body and how trauma impacts and touches every part of you.
I addressed the mental, physical and environmental aspects of anxiety and learnt how to bring all of these different pathways together, in one cohesive and holistic space.
And here I am now, if I were to see meet myself from 6 years ago, I would meet that woman with tears in my eyes and pride in my heart for choosing to heal, learn and grow.
My passion and life’s work is to support you to do the same, to connect the pieces of your healing puzzle, to welcome in all parts of yourself and most of all, feel at home in your body.

Yes! The club is open to anyone in any country. All modules, Q &A's and workshops will be recorded so you can access them when it's most convenient for you.

This is a flexible membership. You can cancel at any time! Feel free to stay as long as you like, take what you need and leave when you feel!
